Reaching for the stars
Only to grasp air
Searching for the light
Or a blessing within a prayer
Blank stares into the night
Lost without guidance
Cursing at the gods
But they only interpret silence
A silent wish, a silent thought
Both considered golden
In accordance with my fate
Without a single word spoken
Actions louder than words
Dreams more vivid than reality
I'm comfortable but not content
I've received my moment of clarity
